Feature
1. Traction drive by servo motor (traction by precision leadscrew or rubber press roller), with precise synchronization. The length of travel range can be set in man-machine interface.
2. Equipped with eye marking system, the background of printed pattern is uniform and looks pleasant.
3. Available for alu-plastic (hot forming) and alu-alu (cold forming), only change mould and feeder for alu-alu packing.
4. Various types of feeder solve the difficulty for irregular shape products packing.
5. Five stations forming, heat-sealing, batch number embossing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotate the hand wheel, easy to adjust and accurately.
6. Newly mould orientation device speed up the mould changing requirement.
7. Equipped with plexiglass cover: the operation area is isolated with transmission organ, avoids pollution, easy for clean.
8. Apply online detection and ejection system, and the camera detection system can be chosen for option.
